Does the cushion insert come with the cover?

No. This product is for the personalised cushion cover only. A cushion insert is not included.

How do I personalise my cushion cover?

Choose your size and material, then upload the photo you would like printed. A clear, high-resolution image will give the best result.

Will my photo look exactly the same on every material?

Different fabric textures can affect how colours and fine details appear, so the finished print may vary slightly between material options.

How long does production take?

Your personalised cushion cover is made to order with a production time of 1–2 business days. Delivery time is separate.

Standard processing time for made-to-order products is 1 to 2 business days. If a product has a different production time, it is shown on its product page.

Free UK mainland delivery applies to orders of £35 or more. Standard UK mainland delivery is £3.95.

Processing and handling

We create, quality check and package your personalised gifts within 1 to 2 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery after dispatch

Standard UK delivery takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Express UK delivery takes 1 business day after dispatch. 

Business days run Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Cancellations

You have a 12-hour window from placing your order to request a cancellation.

Orders become non-cancellable once production or dispatch begins. To request a cancellation, email contactus@lilpinsessentials.com with the subject line “Cancellation” and include your order number.
