How long does production take?

Production is usually 3–5 working days once the required artwork is ready. Larger or more complex orders may need additional production time. Delivery time is separate.

Will my artwork be checked?

Yes. We review your supplied file before production and contact you if anything needs clarification.

Can I mix colours and sizes?

Standard UK delivery takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Express UK delivery takes 1 business day after dispatch.

Business days run Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Cancellations

You have a 12-hour window from placing your order to request a cancellation.

Orders become non-cancellable once production or dispatch begins. To request a cancellation, email contactus@lilpinsessentials.com with the subject line “Cancellation” and include your order number.
